The guesthouse is owned and operated by Hisao Morales, co-owner of Peruvian Andes Adventures. Hisao together with manager Yovana and their staff delight in providing friendly, personal service to guests and to making you feel “at home” during your stay with them.

The family and staff take great pleasure in sharing with you their knowledge of Huaraz and the surrounding areas, and in helping you with your plans for day tours, trekking, hiking or climbing activities, or just chatting and spending time with you over a relaxing cup of coffee.

The Guesthouse is a beautifully designed and furnished building situated in the historic & safe neighbourhood of Jose Olaya, only 2 minutes walk from our office and 15 minutes walk from the centre of Huaraz. It is a very convenient place to be based during your time in Huaraz and with Peruvian Andes Adventures – Hisao and our staff are in the guesthouse mornings and afternoon to help with your questions, and our office is just around the corner

The rooftop breakfast area opens onto an outdoor terrace with breath-taking views of the snow-capped peaks of the Cordillera Blanca and over Huaraz. Enjoy your breakfast relaxing in the sun and taking in the spectacular views before you, have a cold beer or a coffee in the afternoon, or simply relax and take in the sun on one of the deck chairs.

We offer single, twin, double bed or triple bed rooms with private bathrooms, 24 hour hot water, warm comfortable beds with duvet covers. Many rooms have a bath tub / jacuzzi. Extra beds can also be put into room to make a family room for those with young children

There is a comfortable lounge area with sofas and tables on each floor where you can meet friends and relax.

MOUNTAIN VIEW ROOMS:
Have a view over Huaraz and of the Cordillera Blanca Mountains and also look over the courtyard garden. The rooms are located at the rear facing the courtyard and are away from the street. Spacious rooms with private bathroom with hot shower (many have bathtub), heater, Cable TV, wifi internet, hairdryer, anti-noise windows, sofa, dressing table.

GARDEN VIEW ROOMS:
Look onto a quiet private courtyard / garden and are located away from the street. Have private bathroom with hot shower (some with bath tub / jacuzzi), heater, Cable TV, wifi internet, hairdryer, anti-noise windows

STANDARD ROOMS:
Have private bathroom with shower, TV with local channels, wifi internet

Breakfast with cereal, fresh fruit, breads, eggs, orange juice, coffee or tea is included in the price
Other cooked breakfast options are available extra

• Reception service available all day – 24 hour emergency help

• Dinner can be arranged on request – but please ask and book in the morning
