Booking and Payment


If you would like to book your trek with us, we will send you a Confirmation Letter together with some booking documents to complete along with our Booking Conditions and Terms of Payment


The Booking Documents Are:

Booking Form – which outlines our terms and conditions together with cancellation policy
Personal Information Form – with name, address, passport details together with any diet requests, medical and other information
Emergency Contacts Form – details for a contact person back at home in case of emergency + travel insurance information

Confirmation Deposit:

To confirm your trek we will ask you to pay a deposit of:
40% of the trek fee
Plus the estimated cost of any hotel bookings, bus or flight tickets that we make for you


Deposit Payment Can Be Made By:



VISA via secure VISA link
*Add 6% VISA commission to each payment made by VISA

International Bank Transfer
*Pay your own bank fees + add US$40 Peru tax to each payment

Western Union Payment
*Add 1% Western Union commission

We will provide the VISA secure link, bank account details & Western Union information with our confirmation letter

We do not have facilities for Mastercard, American Express or Paypal

Balance of Trip Fee:

Can be paid in advance of your arrival in Peru by any of the payment methods above or by VISA or in cash when you arrive in Huaraz
