Graham / Canada/ Alpamayo Base Camp Trek June 2010
Hisao, To let you know I arrived home safely last night after a memorable and
amazing time in Peru . The trek will be forever in my memory . I can't say enough about  the  attention to detail by you and your staff which made for such a successful and safe time. The extra effort by yourself regarding the bus journey to Lima ,  arranging for Paul to meet me and obtain the airline ticket to Cusco Thank you again .

Dear Anne,  Hisao & Eli,
We are now back in Japan!
We could fully enjoy the trekking in Cordillera Blanca!! All of us were always well and could walk joyfully with good acclimatization!!    It completely owes to good Guide Nestor!!    Without him we would not be able to succeed walking!!    His guiding is perfect!! We also enjoyed talking with Nestor!! We also enjoyed all food & dishes the good cook Cesar served!!    His soupe is so good!!    He served different dishes every day inspite of the remote high mountain area!!    Fresh fruits & food in the high camping area were surprising to us!! Assistant guide Grisaldo was always helpful and the rescue horse (which carried our backpack) made it possible that we could safely walk all the way!!
The donkey drivers also worked very well helping some of us folding the sleeping bags into the bag!! Everything above given to us were perfect!!
Anne, we, four, really appreciate your kind, sincere and  quick reply which made our trip so successful one!!  (My English is not good enough to express what we feel.)
Hisao, We really thank you for your good company which is systematically well organized by you & Eli.
We love PAA as well as Cordillera Blanca!
Again, thank you.

Guide and staff were well trained & very professional. This is our second positive experience with Peruvian Andes Adventures. The second experience was even better than the first. We would have no hesitation using Peruvian Andes Adventures again

Berne & Karen / New Zealand / Climbing Instruction & Summits August 2009
Over all three of our climbing adventures al staff, guides, cooks, porters & donkey drivers looked after us wit great care & consideration, even in our moments of terror and triumph in the snow. Due to our lack of Spanish it was great to have guides with such good English. It made it easier during the instruction and any incidents that occurred. This is our second trip with Peruvian Andes Adventures.  Top Marks! A special thanks must go to all involved to make our second trip here one not to forget.

Will & Debra/ USA  / Santa Cruz Trek August 2009
It was a fantastic experience from start (arranging the trek) to finísh. Anne was very helpful in making all our travel and trek arrangements in a timely manner & patiently reminded us to fill out necessary forms. Hisao met us at the guesthouse upon arrival and welcomed us back. He filled us in our trek and helped us obtain our necessary rental equipment. Edita was a skilled trek leader who successfully met the needs of people of varied interests & capabilities. Since we were all interested in photography, she made sure we were up early & to the sites with the best views before the clouds came in. Mayumi & Marcellino were so much fun and excellent at their jobs as were the donkey drivers. Huayhuash was our first trek with Peruvian Andes Adventures and we enjoyed it so much we came back. The caring and efficient staff make us want to come back again.

Tim / USA / Huayhuash Trek July 2009
I was most pleased with the food. It was of high quality, fresh, varied & delicious. The guide David was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and fun, He was helpful as well. All in all, I was very satisfied with the entire trip, which is my second trek with Peruvian Andes Adventures and I would use this company again and would recommend you to others. Thanks for a great trip!

Paola / Leader of a Group of 13 from Italy/ Huayhuash Trek June 2009
Dear Hisao,
. Once again, thank you so much for the nice experience we had in Perù and the marvellous hiking we did around the Cordillera Huayhuash. Everybody of our group was very impressed by the excellent organization of your agency and the kindness of all your staff. The guides, the cook and his assistants, the donkey drivers took very  good care of us. The food was delicius (this is true twice as we are Italians) and the  cooks really surpriced us many times with unbelivable dishes. I also very much appreciated your attention and sensibility for the  enviroment. Cordillera Blanca and Cordillera Huyhuash, but also all  the  surrounding landscapes are marvellous places of nature, and any  effort to protect them are extremely important. Do not hesitate to give my e-mail address if sombodybody shoul wish  information about our experience in Perù with your agency. It would be a pleasure for me.

Dave & Pam / USA / Climbed Urus & Ishinca May 2009
You have provided us a fantastic experience from start to finish! The food was great …. if not careful a person might gain weight in camp. Guiding service was truly great with the first rule being that of safety which is what it should be. We were slow but the guides patience and encouragement got us to the top – couldn’t have made it without him!

Ethel & Charlie / Scotland / 12 DAY HIKES September 2009
Thank you for a great time in Huaraz. from the 1st email request until Paul took us to the airport in Lima we received first class service with everything going to plan. The packed lunches were great and kept us going through the day. All the guides were very knowledgeable & had a good command of English. The day hikes were most enjoyable with amazing scenery & all the guides were patient while we took countless photos. Keep up the good work. We would have no hesitation to book with you again. I will recommend your company to some friends.

Dr Stephen Murray from the UK did a series of day hikes in 2009
I spent a week with  Peruvian Andes Adventures  staying at their hostel and walking each day with a guide, sometimes on my own and  sometimes as part of a group. I wanted to sample their day treks and see some of the more scenic areas within reach of Huaraz. I had a  fantastic week . The scenery and mountains were unforgettable –definitely worth coming back for more . The day trips take you right in among some of the highest mountains in Peru (and in S America) including Huascaran  and left me awe struck with the rugged beauty of the area –Scotland will  never be quite the same again !Finally a word about Eli Morales and the other staff including the guides. This is a family business and runs efficiently and courteously. I  cannot speak highly enough of their professionalism, reliability,  friendliness and willingness to impart local knowledge. Not to mention  Eli’s invaluable help when problems cropped up with my flight back
from Anta to Lima.

Tim & Mike /Australia / Cordillera Huayhuash Trek April 2009
Hi Anne,
Apologies for the delay in sending an email to let you know how the trip went. Has been totally chaotic at work, easy to forget I was ever in Peru. The trip went like clockwork, no issues or problems at all. Scenery fantastic, great staff, food etc. No complaints at all. Hope all is going well there and you have had a good season. Say hello to everyone.
Regards, Tim and Mike

Hi Anne and Hisao. Just as short note to thank both you and your staff for a wonderful expedition to Alpamayo. The whole trip was well organized and incident free. Wilder and Andrew were exceptional guides and George, the cook and the porters all very good hard working men. My time in and around Cusco was also most enjoyable
Cheers, John

David / USA / Trekked Santa Cruz & Climbed Pisco & Yanapaccha  May 2009
I was exceptionally grateful for the professional service rendered by my guide Walter & his father Jorge who served as the cook. Walter maintained a slow steady pace and regularly inquired about my needs. On the mountains he provided expertise which made me feel very secure. A great team, could not have been better!

Michiel / Netherlands / Huayhuash Trek July 2009
I really enjoyed my trip to the Cordillera Huayhuash and was very pleased with the service of Peruvian Andes. I would like to add my sincerest gratitude to the staff on the trek, the were very nice and helped us attentively during the trek. Edita discussed the different possibilities with us and gave us the opportunity to influence the trip so it would meet our wishes best. The food was great and clearly well prepared. I will certainly recommend your services to my friends

Jennifer / Canada / Family Trek in Cordillera Huayhuash June 2009
Hi Anne,
We're back at home and already at work, quite a contrast from the mountains!
You probably saw from our survey that we were very happy with every aspect of the trek -- each member of the crew was absolutely terrific at their job. The weather was generally
very good for us, and somehow (I think we have the donkey-drivers to thank) we had absolutely the best campsite at every stop. . Although the trek was certainly not too easy (at least not for some of us -- Tim seemed to race past everyone on the trail every day), we completed it without any major difficulties and we think the 13-day option was just perfect
for our family. Thanks for your guidance from the very start of the planning stages.
Wishing you the best,
   Jennifer

Angela & Dave / New Zealand / Santa Cruz Trek / August 2009

Anne: Thank you for the extremely helpful and very important information in advance. Thank you for your quick response to every question and your great support. You impressed us from your first email until to Huaraz how you organized a trip to our demands.
Miguel (guide) : We admire how fantastic you did your job. You never gave us the feeling to hurry. Every time you adapted to our speed and suggested us breaks if we needed them. You were flexible with the trek program too. You were always helpful and friendly.
Mayumi (cook): You are the best and funniest cook ever. Every day you surprised us with new delicious meals. Thank you for all the effort and a lot of fun!

Amanda / Teall / Martin / UK & New Zealand / Santa Cruz Trek & Climbed Pisco August 2009
*This was an excellent trip. Great scenery but made by the staff. Rodolfo was an excellent guide, had a good sense of humour & we enjoyed his company as a person. Marcos cooking was superb. Roger (porter) was very pleasant, hardworking and a joy to have around.  Urbano (Pisco porter) accompanied us up Pisco & felt like a safe pair of hands at the rear. All in all, a great trip – thank you.
*Trip was amazing. Rodolfo was fantastic. The food was fantastic – I absolutely loved it.
*An excellent trip. Rodolfo (the guide) was outstanding and the food produced by the cook exceeded any expectations.

David / Santa Cruz Trek / September 2009
I've just returned from the most amazing place!
I joined a group that completed the Santa Cruz trek which offered a spectcular visit to the Andes mountains. I found Peruvian Andes Adventures while searching the web for a company that offered guided treks in Peru. They offered a variety of treks and I was seeking quality and expertise. Hisao Morales and everyone who works for this company offers just that. They are experts in their field. From the first contact por email, until I left the beautiful and friendly city of Huaraz, everything that i could want was provided. I was travelling with my brother in law and the airline lost his backpack with everything he planned to use for the entire trip. Not to worry, Hisao and company made sure that we had everything needed for an extended trek right down to boots that worked well. No blisters! All equipment they provided is first class expedition quality stuff that you can count on.  As an airline captain, I place the highest priority on a safe operation. Safety is maximIzed when the person in charge is competent and kowledgeable. Hisao and Eli are EXPERTS! They are both knowledgeable and talented people. I feel safe in their hands and confident that all of the details are taken care of prior to embarking. Our guide, Edita, was outstanding! She balanced the varied skill levels of the six in our group very well and was a fascinating person to talk with about anything related to the environmental workings of the region. She really made the trip an enjoyable experience for all, including the crew! Everyone had a good time.  Our cooks were superb! They prepared plenty of the best food that we had while en Peru. The menu was varied and delicious and mealtime was an eagerly anticipated event. Also, we had the assistance of a first rate team of drivers who set up and broke down the campsites, dug the latrines and monitored the weather during the night while constantly adjusting the tents to repel some nasty rain and wind during the third night.  The trek itself was beautiful. If you are seeking high altitudes and adventure, the 5 day Santa Cruz trek is perfect. The last day was really interesting as we traversed the small farms and got to interact with local people. There is no place more beautiful or as rewarding to hike through that I've found on earth than Peru, and one can't imagine a better run company than Peruvian Andes Adventures. I look forward to another trip with them next summer.

Jean-Claude / Canada / May 2009
Very impressed by your web site and even more by your professionalism and excellent client relationship since I started to deal with you!

GREG HORTON - USA : Santa Cruz  Trek June 2008
General Comments:  The key thing I will always remember about my Peruvian Andes experience is all of the details that I thought about and concerned myself with in such a far away place such Ancash, Peru and the professionals at Peruvian Andes Adventures were extremely supportive in eliminating every last concern that I had or that anyone could ever possibly dream of having.  Peruvian Andes Adventures have thought out every conceivable logistical detail there is to assure a wonderfully enjoyable, life remembering experience for those coming to the beautiful country of Peru. Peruvian Andes Adventures is, hands down, a 5 Star Platinum plus operation.

SAM & PETER: USA: Climbed Ishinca & Tocllaraju June 2008
While on our climb of Tocllaraju, we were witness to an accident. A group of 2 French tourists and their French guide fell into a large crevice that opened up under their feet as we approached the peak. I cannot say enough for how professionally and quickly our guides took control of the situation and went about helping those in trouble. Later, I found out that it was both of their first accidents. This surprised me, because based on their actions to help and control the situation, one never would have known. Peruvian Andes Adventures is a great guide company that provides a quality experience with great professional guides.

TREVOR: UK: 5 day Climbing Course September 2008
It was a real pleasure to be in the Cordillera in the company of such a group of professionals´s
especially Wilder who was an excellent instructor and who´s patience and drive to push me really did ensure I  got the most out of my course!!

KATHLEEN: Climbing Instruction on Vallunaraju & Yanapaccha September 2008
I really enjoyed climbing with Wilder. He was an excellent guide. I had an amazing trip and can't wait to get back there!! Kathleen

BARBARA & SAM / Cordillera Huayhuash Trek June 2008
General Comments: Your company was wonderful to work with, from initial emails right down to  the last day.  A couple examples: we are vegan and the meals involved quite a bit of extra work, but this was done every meal with care and inventiveness.  Also: Eli was willing to rework the itinerary, and it resulted in a markedly better trip.  He and the crew went way out of their way to ensure that we had the best trip possible. If we are back in this area we would definitely go with Peruvian Andes again and we would certainly recommend it to others.

HARRY / Canada/ Cordillera Huayhuash Trek June 2008
General Comments: I have done a fair amount of trekking with different groups, and Peruvian Andes Adventures are by far the best company that I have ever hiked with. Absolutely outstanding in every way. I already have, and will continue to recommend your company to any of my friends who may be hiking or climbing in Peru. The guide and all the crew were absolutely outstanding in every way. They worked very hard, everything was set up for us, and all the food was just great. Having a hot drink brought to our tent first thing in the morning was a really nice touch. Anne was absolutely great in providing all the information that I needed to plan my trip, and she was also very helpful with other details like accommodation and transportation. HARRY V

GEOFF SPEDDING: Canada: Alpamayo Circuit trek May 2008
Dear Anne,
I am now back home in Canada. Just a short note to let you know I much I enjoyed the recent Alpamayo trek.  Would like you to pass on my thanks to Eli, Hisao and Edita.
Edita and Hisao took great care of us in Huaraz. While Eli and crewndid a great job of looking after us on the trek. The whole organisation of the trek was superb along with the food and camp set up. All the crew were extremely pleasant, courteous and worked hard to look after us and  make it a really great trek.  I would also like to thank you Anne for looking after all the  bookings for me. Everything worked out very well, the hostal Del Paque  in Lima was good and the Morales Guest house was also very comfortable.
 Many Thanks,         Geoffrey Spedding

JAMES: NEW ZEALAND KIWI:  (spent a month trekking & climbing in September).
"Thanks guys for showing me such a great time! I was spoilt rotten and really appreciated both the flexibility and attention to detail of all the organisation and things you did for me to make my trip such a great experience. Right from when I first got off the plane in Lima, to staying at the guesthouse, each day of the hikes, tours, Santa Cruz trek and the 3 climbs you put on for me, till the very end.  My first experience of Peru was not only a memorable one because of the people I met and awesome things I did, but you also helped make it such an easy and safe one for a kiwi gringo with no ability to speak any Spanish!  I was impressed with all of the staff and how friendly and helpful they were to me and other clients, and how professional each of my guides and their assistants were during the month of my stay.  I came to Peru unsure of what it would be like; I met some cool people, saw some amazing sights, and was fortunate to have a few successful summits to top it all off! By the time I left, I not only had an awesome time but also made some new friends.  I'd love to come back sometime and would have no hesitation recommending PAA to anyone for both value for money and a great time!  Cheers James!"

HEATHER & SCOTT : Canada ; Alpamayo Trek May 2008
Dear Anne, Eli and Esau,
Scott and I have returned back to Vermont but we haven't forgotten our incredible trip to Peru. We can't say enough about the fabulous job Eli and all of his staff did for us. It was truly one of our most memorable experiences. We look forward to returning one day and doing more trekking. Please give our best to everyone there. Thanks again,
Heather and Scott

SUSAN & PAM : Australia : Huayhuash Trek June 2008
Dear Anne, Hisao and Edita,
It has been about 6 weeks or so since Pam and I returned from the Cordillera Huayhuash trek.  I wanted to thank you for everything you did to make what for me was an amazing experience in the Huayhuash and a wonderful stay in Huaraz.  Anne thank you so much for your assistance throughout the time we were  arranging things – it was a great help and I hope we can catch up one  day as I mentioned previously, when we are in NZ.  Hisao and Edita, I  can’t thank you enough for what is a fantastic experience in the Huayhuash.  I felt I was able to connect with part of what makes Peru  so special and am desperately trying to hang on to what I felt there.   Everyone who came with us was great – Carlos, Esteban (and Eyner), and  ‘Mr K’.  Also on the acclimatisation walks I went on with William to  Macashca Hills and Rodolfo to Wilcahuaiin.   You have a great group of  people supporting your business and I wish you all the very best for the future.  If I can (hopefully) make it to Peru again, I will  definitely make contact and won’t hesitate to recommend you to others.
Thank you again for everything.
Best wishes,
Susan

FREDRICK: Alpamayo Circuit Trek August 2008
The trek and the service were  super, I’ve
told my friends about it and I could see in their eyes that they would like to do a trek like the Alpamayo trek. They really liked what they saw from the pictures.

AMY: Santa Cruz Trek August 2008
David was a great guide, relaxed and easy going, knowledgeable of the mountains, flexible in terms of our needs and fitness level (trekked at a good pace with plenty of short rests), felt we were in good hands I would definitely recommend Peruvian Andex Adventures to anyone. I was very happy with the service and was happy to tip accordingly. Also, unlike other trekking companies in more touristy parts of Peru (eg. Cusco), there was no pressure to tip at all.

ASTRID from - COSTARICA, DAY HIKES - JUNE 2008
I want to thank you for all the help you gave me planning my trip to Huaraz.  It was fantastic!
I really enjoyed it.  The altitude didn’t affect me (thank God!!), so I was able to enjoy my time there.
All the activities I did were great.  My favorite was Portachuelo Pass.  Really nice!  Another one I loved was LLaca valley!  I took lovely photos.  On the third day I asked Hisao to please organise a horseback riding tour since I was a little bit tired.   I just wanted to say thank you.
Hisao: MUCHIIIISIMAS GRACIAS POR TODO.

JUERGEN 2 FRIENDS FROM GERMANY/ SANTA CRUZ TREK & CLIMBING PISCO MAY 2008
Dear Hisao & Edita,
From 19. to 31. May 2008 we (Juergen and Juergen) have made with your agency the Santa Cruz Trek and we climed nevado Pisco. During this time we stayed 4 nights in your guest house.  Thanks a lot for this wonderful time. You have a very nice guesthouse and a great view from your roof garden. The Trek was very well organized, you have send us a lot of good informations before starting our journey and with Wilder as a tour and mountain guide and Mayumi as our cook we had a wonderfull friendly crew. During the hole tour we got very good meals and I can highly recommend your service.
If you have some interested persons from the german speaking region, they can ask me by e-mail. I have also the privat mail adress.....   Greetings from Germany.............Juergen

MIKE & PAM / USA / SANTA CRUZ TREK MARCH 2008
While we were trekking Pam and I greatly enjoyed our banter with Guides Eli, and Edita as well as Mayumi and Victor.  We were especially pleased to see that Victor, our Donkey Driver was treated with the same dignity and respect accorded us as clients.

It's only been a few weeks since we left Peru, however we feel like we need to call and  see how you guys are all doing!!  We had a truly wonderful experience! Thank you Hisao, Eli, Edita Mayumi, and Victor for your superb service, and for your generous hospitality.  We've traveled to many places in the world but Huarez and Peruvian Andes Adventures is an experience we'll never forget.  Please feel free to provide our email address and or telephone number on request to anyone who has questions about the truly exceptional level of service I'm confident they will be provided by your company.

Sergio Croitoru (Canada/Romania) - I have been with Ronaldo, Eli and  Hisao on a number of climbs in the summer of 2007. These climbs were  the best I had, amazing views and panoramas, excellent weather despite  the altitude and thin air and impressive food and logistics in  general. The certified mountain guides are very careful and respect  all the mountain safety rules.
Note for Canadians: I have been with Yamnuska alpine training in the  Rockies and Peruvian Andes seemed the next step forward for climbing.  The weather is mild for the altitude. The great Canadian Rockies would  look like hills near the Cordilliera Blanca mountains. If you are not  into mountaineering but you like to hike there are easier trips  available with unbelievable views. AirCanada has direct flights to  Peru's capital and ScotiaBank has branches in each town. Christina – Canada / Santa Cruz trek 2007
This was a fantastic trek! I regret that I can’t offer any advice for improving your service – it is already stellar. If anything, you could do less, not more! I will most certainly recommend your company to all my friends, and am already planning for my next trip to the Cordillera Blanca. Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Donna – USA / Huayhuash trek & Climbing Pisco 2007
Just a heart-felt Thank You to all the guides and staff – Anne, Hisao, Eli, Henry, Edita, Walter, Cesar, William – who made my vacation in the Andes such an enjoyable adventure!  You take extraordinarily good care of your clients, so we can simply relax and enjoy the beauty of the Cordillera Blanca and Huayhuash.  I would love to return someday… perhaps to climb another summit?  J  Best regards, Donna

Bob & John – Canada / Santa Cruz Ulta trek October 2007
General Comments: As you can see I was very satisfied with the trek.  My brother and I were looking for an unique experience. We got to see a lot in the Huaraz area. Eli and Hisao run a very professional operation.  Their experience in the business really shows. The operation is a big cut above what is offered on the Inca Trail to Machu Pichu.  I highly recommend that anyone planning to trek in Peru should consider your business.

PETER/ CANADA/ SANTA CRUZ TREKS & CLIMBED 3 PEAKS ISHINCA VALLEY 2007
Anne-  the two weeks I spent with los dos Cesars (Cesar Vargas el guia y Cesar  el cuchinero) and the portero Cyrillo and the various arieros could not have been better.  Eli and the crew did everything they could to make our trip a success-  from picking us up at the bus station at the beginning to Eli's dropping me off at the bus station on the eve of a rumoured road blockade the next day to everything in between.  I would definitely consider another trip with Peruvian Andes next summer and wold be very happy to have the same guide and cook.  Last fall I spend two months in Nepal doing some trekking in the Annapurna and Everest regions. By the time I came home I had lost 8 kg.  When I told my wife via email of the daily efforts of Cesar the cook she could only say- "I guess you won't be losing any weight this time!"   The Santa Cruz trek was an excellent acclimatization for the three peaks we did afterwards; the peaks themselves were not all that technical (and when they were- e.g. the final bit of Tocllaraju) Cesar Vargas showed that he was totally capable.  It certainly was a thrill to actually stand on top of a 6000 m peak, given my 3800m Canadian Rockies perspective. Again, relay my thanks to Eli and crew. Again, relay my thanks to Eli and crew.

Edmund – 10 people Germany / climbed Tocllaraju & Huascaran 2007
Dear Anne, dear Hisao,
I´m  sorry, that my feedback is done so late, but I was so busy the last months, that I wanted to go back to Peru immediately.
I hope, that a few guys of my group had more time to answer as me. Almost, if I remember to the time in your land, I begin dreaming. We had different adventures,
horse riding in trance, accident about the crevasse, and at last a big success about climbing Huascaran.
The most important remembers are the persons, that made all this adventures able. And this are you, Hisao and his friends. We have to thank you again for doing such a good work for us. All the time we were best attended and felt never left alone.

Claude – Switzerland / Huayhuash trek 2007
I only use a trekking agency, if I consider the logistics to be to difficult to be arranged on my own. Because the full Huayhuash Circuit is pretty long (12 days), I decided to come with you. A decision I never regretted. Your agency provides high level service with a highly motivated and extremely friendly team. Thank you very much for organizing a really great trekking experience. In the case of returning to Huaraz, Peruvianandes Adventures will be my choice again.

Gretchen – USA / Santa Cruz trek 2007
What a great trek! I had such a wonderful trip and have recommended your company to others and will continue to do so. Thanks for making the process so easy! Seeing that I was traveling alone, it was very nice to be able to just join up with another group of people. Thanks for everything!

Mike – 7 people / USA / Huayhuash trek & climbed Diablo Mudo & Pumarinri 2007
*Guide and crew         They were excellent.  The two climbing guides on Daible Mudo and Pumarinri paid very close attention to all of the clients and allowed me (age 66) to make both summits without fear or difficulty.  They watched our every step and had their ice axes in an arrest position in case any of us slipped.  Made me feel much more comfortable than I would have otherwise, especially on Diablo Mudo which had a steeper pitch than I am normally used to doing.
*Tents and equipment  Very good.  Tents did not leak and were roomy.
*Briefings and information while on trek:  Very good, plenty of information so that we did not feel left out or in the dark.
General Comments:  I would repeat this trip (or a similar one) tomorrow with Peruvain Andes Adventures.

Jin & Mieko – Japan / Santa Cruz Ulta trek 2007
Thanks so much for a spectacular trip to the Coldillera Blanca.  Santa Cruz & Quebrade Ulta Trek and three of day hike were our greatest experiences we ever made.  We have enjoyed this trek and hikes.   We had a great time, great food and great care of us.
We are proud of completion of trek without riding the emergency horse in spite of being older man and woman on our own and suffering from altitude sickness.
Thanks again to all of you for everything.
Best regards, Jin & Mieko

John 5 people – Australia / Huayhuash trek 2007
This was the first time that any of us had done a fully catered hike.  We were spoiled rotten, and loved it.  You provide a first class service, which was obvious to us when we looked at the level of equipment and service provided to other groups we encountered.
Many thanks for a wonderful experience. John, David, Kathy and Ian

Kate 4 people  – UK / Huayhuash trek 2007
We only have very positive things to say about our experience with Peruvian Andes Adventures from the pre-trek organization to the trek itself.  I don’t think that we could have had a better guide than Edgar who has a very wicked sense of humour!  The day of the San Antonio pass is particularly memorable as one of the toughest and most beautiful days of trekking that we have ever experienced and we are so grateful for Edgar for taking us that way.   Our whole experience left us very sad to leave Huaraz and very keen to return.   Thank you all!

Nelly 6 people – USA / Santa Cruz trek & Pisco climb 2007
The santa cruz trek
This was a fantastic and beautiful way to acclimatize for our pisco climb. I loved every moment of the trek, from the great food to the quality tents and equipment, and of course the expertise our guide Rodolfo gave along the way, from describing the surrounding mountains,to the history behind the small villages we visited. Again, the food and sleeping accommodations were fantastic, really, besides hiking on our own 2 feet, there was nothing much left for us to do, but relax and enjoy the scenery upon arriving to camp-
The pisco climb:
Again was filled with much challenge, but tempered with relaxation at camp, and goodmeals to fuel our summit attempt. I could not be happier with the service provided by both our guide Rodolfo and our cook estevan.
As for my cold, thanks again for arranging a doctor to come visit me at my hostal olazas….he gave me the needed prescriptions to combat and clear my cold!

Ailvar & Miiko – Finland / Santa Cruz trek 2007
Certainly one of the best tours we have been and we will recommend it to others. We put even link to our web site: http://www.fotod.org/links.htm. You see photos on our web site: http://www.fotod.org/showPictures.htm?param=40350001

Brian & Beth  - USA / Santa Cruz Ulta trek 2007
I just wanted to drop a line to say Thank You again for such a remarkable trek once again.  Even though we had to pare downt he itinerary because of Beth's AMS, everything was still terrific!    The candles and the end of trek wine were the perfect touches and impressed Beth immensely.
And thank you for being so prompt with replies regarding the earthquake and our status to family members.  Your promptness is another example of how you are head and shoulders above others.  I only found this out after I had gotten home.
Everything was fantastic as usual.  The pre-trip information, camping accommodations, the meals, the crew’s outlook, information received by Eli on the trek itself  everything was top-notch.  And Eli offered a lot of good information along the way.  Please pass along our best to him for all he did.

Tom – UK / Santa Cruz Ulta trek 2007
In general I had a great trek, it was perfect for what we had in mind.  Personally I would like to return to Peru for more challenging trekking / summiting however that was never the focus of this trip.  Staff, equipment, food, treatment of animals, responsibility toward maintaining the environment and general organization could not really be faulted  ….WELL DONE!!

Steve – USA / Huayhaush trek & Climb Pisco 2007
I hope 2007 turns out to be a successful season for you. If I can be of any help as a
reference for prospective clients, I would be happy to do so. I can't imagine trekking or climbing in Peru with anyone other than the Morales family and Peruvian Andes Adventures.  Warm regards, Steve

hola hisao ...
thanks to you, I made my plane and arrived back in the US after a  memorable trip to the peruvian andes ...    I will always remember your generosity of spirit and extreme  kindness to have escorted me from huaraz to lima when it appeared that campesinos had blocked all roads and that travel to lima was   impossible ...   your deep sense of responsibility to help a visitor to your country  is much to your credit and very gratefully appreciated ...   my trip with peruvian andes adventures would have been special even
without your noble gesture ... you have made it extraordinary ...   thank you so very much ...

Rosalie : Leader of a group of  60 plus years olds from USA / Santa Cruz trek 2006:
Peruvian Andes Adventures was conducting several treks simultaneously but we felt we were the most important group. From the owner, Hisao, our guides and crew, Anne, Mijumi, Maria and Jose to our donkey drivers, Xavier and Jose  the emphasis was on making us feel welcome in their beautiful country and everything was done to give us the very best experience. We thank you for making this marvelous adventure possible, and look forward to returning someday to Peruvian Andes Adventures and another trek.  Anne  was an excellent guide and assisting her and responsible for meals were Majumi and Maria and Jose. We felt well taken care of from the beginning – our health and well being were paramount. Anne’s advice on when to ride the horses, to take a day hike to acclimatize, breathing and conserving strength at altitude was practical and well taken. Maria and Mijumi had helpful tips for riding that horse. The donkey drivers and Jose worked hard setting up camp, tents with our thermorests were always ready when we came into camp. Hot water for washing was available morning and afternoon and greatly appreciated.
Thanks again for everything you did. Everyone agrees it was the best trek ever and we all want to come back.
Best regards, Rosalie

Allen & Tony (USA) Huayhuash trek 2006
The reasons that we chose Peruvian Andes are that Hisao was the nicest and the most knowledgeable person among all the initiate trekking companies contacted.  We had great confidence and comfort ness to work with Hisao after the initiate email exchanges.  They gave the best suggestions to make the most out our tight schedule, such as the detailed bus schedule, travel time.
This trip was the best trip we ever experienced.  There are too many good things to list or mention in this survey, but the bottom line is that we will try to arrange another trip with them in the future, at least keeping contact with them and consider they are our best friends in Peru.

3  New Zealanders – Climbing course 2006
Hi Anne & Hisao
Just thought I'd write a note, thanking you and the team for our time in Huaraz. Wehad a great time on the mountain with Cesar and the team, he was a top guy to have with you as a beginner climber and we all learnt a lot from him. I know it was just a beginners climb but was one of the hardest things I've done with the altitude etc, and Chris and I am grateful to you guys for making this challenge as fun and safe as it was. More importantly though, we would like to thank you for looking after Adam when he fell ill from food prior to arriving in  Huaraz- Hisao and yourself went out of your way to make sure he was looked after and he ws very grateful. All in all a great experience, and best of luck for this season and the coming seasons.
Kind Regards
Simon, Chris and Adam

Tyler and Megan  (USA) – climbing trip 2005:
Hi Anne,
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.  I did get your originalemail...I must say I am very impressed with the response that I am receiving from you and Hisao.  Many American companies would do better if they had half of the personalized customer service that you provide…….. Tyler

Group of 14  UK – Huayhuash and climbing 2005:
Dear Hisao, Eli, Henry, Edgar, Mayumi and the whole Morales family. I am writing to you to say thank you once more for a great trek. I thought that the quality of service you gave us was excelent – the itinerary, the leadership, the food and it’s preparation, the arrieros and their hard work, the transport and the transfers …… I am hoping that some of us will return to climb Huascaran.
Salud, amor & Dinero – hasta la próxima ..  Chas and Mike

Mike: Leader of the UK 14 member group:
Dear Hisao,
A very Happy Christmas to you and your staff, especially Eli, Mayumi, Henry,
Esteban and Rodolfo.
I have been meaning to email you since I returned from Peru in the middle of September.  I am sorry it has taken such a long time. Since then we have had a reunion of the Huayhuash group to view all the pictures.  We met at our Mountaineering Club's bunkhouse in North Wales.  It rained a lot but it was good to meet up again.  We had a meal together and remembered our good times on the trek.  It reminded me of how good we thought your staff were and how well it was organised.  Thank you again for doing such a good job. I've been to say that I hope they were all happy with the tip we gave them.  We tried to get it right following your guidelines.  If we didn't then it was our fault and not because anyone wasn't as good as they should be.  They were all excellent.  Please tell them.
Happy Christmas again.
Mike

Steve and Jack ( 2 -USA) Santa Cruz & Quebrada Ulta Sept 2004:
My friends,
I arrived home just Friday. Jack and I went to Machu Picchu after we left Huaraz. My experiences in Peru still boggle my mind. I cannot thank you enough for your many kindnesses, and superb service. On the bus to Lima, we chatted with a couple who had just come off a 7 day trek in the Huayhuash. Their experience was far different from ours – their guide left them on their own one day, a snowstorm moved in, obliterated the trail, and they wandered around lost for the better part of a day, one of their party got seriously ill from food poisoning and had to be carried out by donkey. I cannot imagine similar experiences under your care. On the way to Cuzco I gave your contact information to a couple looking for a trekking company in Huaraz along with my highest recommendation. I wish you much success, and I look forward to returning to Peru. Pisco remains “unfinished business”
Kind regards, Steve
